Beginning Reformer

Beginning Reformer is an introductory class for students who are new to reformer Pilates. This class focuses on basic Pilates reformer movements. Emphasis is given to the basic spinal alignment and proper breath control on the reformer.

Gentle Reformer

Gentle Reformer is designed for those who prefer a less vigorous class. It includes gentle stretches and breathing as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion and strength. This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.  

Intermediate Reformer

Intermediate Reformer is designed for those who want to challenge themselves while gaining strength and stability. The emphasis of this course is on refining and building strength with more advanced poses/positioning on the reformer. 

Advanced Reformer

Advanced Reformer is designed for clients who have been practicing reformer Pilates for a longer time and exhibit exceptionally good postural control in advanced positions. It focuses on improving strength with added focus on balance within resistance. 

Cardio Reformer

Cardio Reformer is designed for individuals who want to add cardiovascular benefits to their reformer workout. It includes cardio intervals that are woven into the class using the jump board and heart rate boosting activities.
